I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness.
In my previous role, I was recognized in the quality of work I deliver and the passion I share with the company with exceeding expectations and working hard to achieve the company’s mission and vision.

Many people find customer service tough but not me. I stayed in this field because I enjoy speaking with people and helping them with their concerns. Assisting technical concerns brings me more joy because, in such a way, I’ll be able to share my knowledge with them. Simple praises like “you did magic” and “thank you, you made my day” is more than enough to relieve a long day of work.
I believe in the saying that if you love what you do, you are not working a single day of your life.
Passion for work is what kept me going, this is my greatest asset while the knowledge I learned with years of experience is my greatest weapon.
